Frontier town is an excellent RV park, in a terrific location on Sinepuxent Bay near Ocean City and Assateague Island. Nice pool, great mini water park, fully stocked camp store, lots of cable TV channels, express check in, and plenty of polite and helpful employees. This was our fifth visit over the past nine years and not much has changed over that time. Frontier town is an older RV park and I think it's time for some updating. Concrete pull thru super sites and concrete pads on all the full hookup sites would be wonderful. Better locations for hookups on some sites is a must, and wider roads and select pruning of mature trees along the roadways on on certain sites would be very helpful for big rig owners like us. This is a great park for families with kids of all ages. Make sure to enjoy the Boardwalk in Ocean City, the Ocean Bowl skate park on 3rd and St. Louis Ave, and the State and Federal parts of Assateague Island with the wild horses and sweeping ocean and marsh landscapes.

Otter Lake continues to be an excellent value for family camping in Pennsylvania. This park offers plenty of free amenities, 60+ cable channels, a wide range of activities, a peaceful and scenic setting in the Pocono's, and is family owned and operated by a polite, courteous, and accommodating staff. The park was built in the 1970's, the paved camp roads are on the narrow side and there are tree hazards to look out for, however, there are plenty of sites available for big rigs owners like ourselves including pull thrus' and many large back in lakefront sites.

This is a drive thru/walking review. We were impressed with this brand new RV park on Sinepuxent Bay. Sweeping ocean view sites in a gated portion of the park was new for us, the regular portion of the park with mostly back ins looked really nice as well. Park buildings including bath houses and office are impressive. The staff was courteous and professional. This is an excellent alternative to Frontiertown, nearly identical locale off Rt. 610 in Berlin.

This was our second visit to BTL, 10 days of lakefront camping with 50 amp service, full hookups and 30 cable channels. The park is family owned and operated with a caring, courteous, and professional group of employees. The sites are mostly large, wooded, and private with tables and fire rings. We consider the park Big Rig friendly. BTL is very close to Avalon and Stone Harbor beaches (both have skate parks), Cape May Zoo, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. First rate amenities including boccie, shuffleboard and basketball courts, lake and pool swimming options, mini golf, and beach tags to Avalon or Stone Harbor are available in the camp store. The activities are well planned and first rate, Monte Carlo night our first weekend was great fun, followed by the Christmas in July theme week which culminated with a Santa Claus visit during a large well attended Saturday evening beach party complete with DJ, Hot Dogs, and a bonfire. This park is an excellent choice for a family vacation, thanks Big Timber Lake!

Still a beautiful park as we have been here for other Memorial Day weekends. The place is starting to look a little tired though, the play structures are in pretty poor shape, a seasonal told us they were supposed to build a new playground this year but it never happened. The red trailers are still in use to dispose of trash, we had a great view of the garbage and watched raccoons rummage on Saturday and Sunday night. Dirt piles along roads within the campground, a big one near the beach road took away from overall appearance of the campground. We still had a good time camping with another family and would return.

Big Rig friendly, easy access of I-81, large sites, excellent camp store/restaurant, terrific arcade area with kiddie rides. Great setting in the Adirondacks for fall foliage made this a memorable trip. We would definitely return to this well kept and well managed rv park.

A great home base to explore the Jersey Shore, large sites, friendly staff, and plenty of amenities make this campground a great choice for any camping family. Lots of imagination goes into the activites "Survivor" was the theme at the beach during our stay. A terrific arcade/ resturant/ice cream parlor/pavillion area can handle large crowds. Beach tags are available from the store, recycling is strongly encouraged, and management strives to make your stay memorable. Would definately return.

An old fashioned, affordable, no activity, no guest fees, just make your own fun, type of campground. Nice pool, clean and affordable on-site resturant, nice game room, and new electic service are the upside. Off the main road, full hook up sites are kind of close together, and lots of older dated seasonal trailers are the downside. Updating the bathhouse should be the next order of business here. Overall, not a bad place to stay for a weekend, and definately better than the local competition.

Awesome supersites include poured concrete pads with large picnic table, elevated fire ring, and lighted utility pedestal. A very active, busy, people orientated rv park not for those looking for a quiet, restful experience. A great park for a family vacation with heated pools, large arcade, mini golf, two stores, bingo and live entertainment nightly. It's very close to Virginia Beach and within an hours drive of most Williamsburg attractions.

Newly paved roads, new pools, large sites, some with lots of shade, some with lots of sun. Over enforcement of kids on bicycles, lack of enforcement of kids and adults speeding along in golf carts or in automobiles. Lots of roadside and beachside litter, unsightly open trailers to place garbage in which is ripped open by nocturnal animals nightly and no recycling of plastics or glass. Lame, unimaginative, and poorly supervised activities. Weak security that seems to be hesitant to enforce the rules. All things considered, we would still return.

Immaculate RV Park perfect for those who want to maximize their stay at Cedar Point or Soak City. Awesome pull thru sites with full hookups and picnic table, but no campfires allowed. Thrilling roller coaster noise gently floods your campsite. Convienient shuttle to park entrance or walk for about 5 minutes across a parking lot and you are through the gates!

We camped here right after the park closed due to excessive river flooding. All activities including mini golf, bumper boats, and fun bikes were free. Clean and well managed resort with top notch office staff and activities staff. We would definately return.

Terrific oceanfront campground with direct access to oceanfront. Lots of exploring for children and adults, close to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. We would definately return.

Surprisingly, we were less than thrilled with our stay here. Still a great RV park, but second and third generation now running the business and have adopted a very aggressive and expensive pricing strategy. The base rate is $52.00 plus $6.00 per child per night. At this price level, I expect concrete pads, phone hook-ups, and because of the per child charges, an extensive and all inclusive activities program. I don't like being charged for my children at a family campground.

On site owners, an escort to our site, and assistance parking our rv made our stay at this quaint campground very enjoyable. The 100 acre wood area is down the street and offers a woodsy setting with large full hook-up pull thru sites and small no hook-up sites suitable for those looking for a "real" camping experience.

I just do not see this place as a "10" as so many others do. Terribly loud highway noise awaits anyone camping on or near sites 68 and 69. Cramped and chaotic parking for new arrivals, lousy laundry hours, lack of speed enforcement, and the surprise charge for usage of the new water slide were big negatives. On the upside, spotless, modern bathrooms, top quality staff, lifeguards at the pools, superb amenities do offset the shortcomings.
